Hello and welcome to Garbe Wood Works! 

We are a family owned and operated business specializing in handcrafted, innovative, and quality products using new and repurposed wood to make indoor & outdoor furniture, garden products, compost bins, and solutions for sustainable living based near Sacramento, CA (Roseville). 

Our company grew out of Matthew Garbe's creative genius and his love of building.  His first endeavor was to build furniture to fully furnish his apartment. His unique talents then melded with our passion for gardening and desire to make good use of our suburban backyard; where we grow our own organic fruits and vegetables while maintaining an attractive and inviting atmosphere. 

Garbe Wood Works is a true family affair!  Matt is the artisan designer, master builder, and production wizard. Dad, Craig, is the business plan mastermind and handles the sales and marketing. Mom, Melanie, is the people oriented, customer service one.  Sister, Barbara, is the Excel and finance guru.  We enjoy working together, producing innovative quality products, and, most importantly, serving our customers with excellence!
